Do you provide unsecured loans?

Yes, we do provide unsecured Business Loans for businesses that have been active for 12 months or more. Have a turnover of +$6000/ month. Larger loan amounts, business start-ups, and businesses affected due to Covid may require real estate security.

Do you provide secured lending facilities?

Yes, we do. If you have real estate security, we also can fund you if your business has irregular cashflow such as a new business start-up.

What loan terms do you provide?

We can provide loan terms ranging from 1 to 36 months. Funding rates also depend on the loan term.

What information do you require to process a loan?

To proceed to loan application stage we usually require the following information: * Driver Licence or Photo ID * Business ABN * Up to 12 months bank statements (not required if using real estate as security) * For loans over $150K, you will be required to show basic financial statements OR real estate security.

What type of loan sizes can you provide?

Depending and subject to lender’s policy you may borrow anything between $5,000 to $3,000,000 with ranging Loan Terms from 1 – 36 months.

I have been declined by a bank can you help me?

Banks are guided by different policy guidelines. We are a Private Money Lender, hence, we can often help out even if you have been declined elsewhere. We can also tailor your repayments based on you business terms.

when are the settlement loan funds paid?

Usually the loan funds are paid on the same day that the loan settles. Once the loan contracts are electronically signed, the funds are deposited straight into your bank account the same day. Ready for you to use.

do you provide equipment finance?

Yes, we do provide all types of Business Equipment Leasing facilities. No real estate security is required also no Bank Statements required and Sole Traders may qualify for up to $25,000 approval on the same day. Pty Ltd Companies may qualify for up to $45,000 approval on the same day. You can choose the loan term from 1 – 5 years.
